Delivery areas & times
We deliver to addresses across South Africa. Same-day delivery is available in the major metros (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban) for orders placed before 11am on business days. Outlying areas are typically 1-3 working days. You'll see the exact options and cost for your address at checkout.
Delivery cost
- Free delivery on all orders over R1 500.
- R65 flat for standard delivery under R1 500.
- Free Click & Collect from selected stores.
Age verification on delivery
Alcohol is not for sale to persons under the age of 18. Our drivers may request a valid ID on delivery, and we will not hand over an order to anyone who appears under 18 without proof of age. If no eligible person is available, the order will be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Returns & refunds
- Unopened products in original condition can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
- If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it free of charge.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned unless faulty.
