Hyde No.3 is a 6yo triple-distilled, single grain Irish whiskey matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. As is common nowadays for several Irish whiskey brands, Hyde do not have their own distillery, but source their whiskey from other Irish producers (in this case, Cooley). Only 5,000 bottles produced, bottled in February 2016.

Nose: Cinnamon and clove with sweet caramel. Complex and spicy with sweet American bourbon notes.
Palate: Robust grain spices with a touch of cracked black pepper giving way to a buttery vanilla and charred oak taste.
Finish: A silky combination of oak and barley.
