Refunds & Returns

  1. The provision of goods and services by Liquor.co.za is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Liquor.co.za will refund the client in full within 30 days or replace it with the same product should it be in different packaging. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

Refunds & Returns Policy

  1. Breakage, spillage, flat or corked, if for any reason whatsoever you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, credit on the online store, or an exchange. Read on for more information on our return policy.
  2. RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  3. RETURN PROCESS: In order to return an item, you need to submit a return via the RMA form here An agent will advise and assist you on next steps. Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging and kindly include proof of purchase.
  4. REFUNDS: Upon receipt of your return, we will do a basic inspection and then process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
