  1. Product purchase
    From time to time, Liquor.co.za may offer products for sale as part of the Service. Liquor.co.za Liquor.co.za reserves the right to change the descriptions, specifications, and prices of the products offered on the Service without notice and at any time. Liquor.co.za does not warrant that such descriptions, specifications and prices of such products are accurate, complete or current at all times. Our delivery to you of an email confirmation following your placement of an order does not constitute our acceptance of such order, and we reserve the right to reject such order or limit the quantity of products under such order.

In the event that product prices, offers, or any other relevant information are displayed incorrectly on our website due to a delay in the synchronisation of software systems, we hereby invoke our Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE) clause. This clause serves to clarify our position and responsibilities in such instances:

Communication: In the event that a customer places an order based on incorrect pricing or information resulting from software synchronisation delays, we will promptly as circumstances allow inform the customer of the discrepancy and provide accurate details before proceeding with the order.
      5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products with inaccurately displayed prices or information due to software synchronisation delays. We will notify the customer and provide options for the cancellation or revision of the order.
      6. Liability Limitation: We shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by discrepancies arising from software synchronisation delays, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, offers, or information.
      7. Good Faith Efforts: We assure our customers that we continuously work to minimise software synchronisation delays and technical glitches. Our commitment to accuracy and transparency remains paramount.
      8. Modification of Terms: Our Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE) clause may be modified or updated without prior notice. It is the responsibility of customers to review this clause periodically.

  3. Delivery policy
    Subject to availability and receipt of payment. Liquor.co.za's delivery is available only within the borders of South Africa. The expected delivery time usually takes between 3 to 7 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) on condition that orders placed, confirmation and payment received. Please note that depending on the destination, a further delay of up to 24 hours may be experienced on shipments to outlying areas.
    • (2A) Delivery policy
      Please note that deliveries will take places between Monday - Friday, no deliveries will be done on Sat, Sun, due to current nationwide restrictions.
    • (2B) Delivery policy
      Orders for next day delivery need to be placed by 2pm. -During the period of 20th to the 30th of November 2022 delivery turnaround time is 5-7 working days.

  5. The standard delivery fee nationwide is R 104.00
    -Orders over R1000 and under 20kgs will qualify for free delivery.
    -Orders that exceed 30kg’s are subject to additional delivery fees over and above the standard R 104.00 fee and a representative from liquor.co.za will be in contact to confirm the cost prior to orders being charged to the customer’s account.
  6. Customer Privacy policy
    Liquor.co.za shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the
    Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: here.
  7. Payment options accepted
    Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or by bank transfer into the Liquor.co.za bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
  8. Conclusion of sale
    A sales order will only be deemed as completed once you have completed the purchase cycle, an approved payment/order confirmation is received and delivery has taken place. We will confirm your purchase order with you via your specified email. By placing a product in your shopping cart or adding a product to a wish-list does not make up a sale nor are such products, its price nor its quantities reserved. If you complete the purchase cycle for such products at a later stage Liquor.co.za cannot be held liable to honour any price changes or if such products are not available.
    Liquor.co.za shall use reasonable attempts to make the advertised stock available at the displayed price, for the period specified. Where there is expressed stock limitation or availability, Liquor.co.za shall supply the consumer with equivalent stock as an alternative to the advertised stock. In the event of running out of stock on the expressed stock limits, Liquor.co.za may limit the number of sale goods per consumer. However, Liquor.co.za strives to ensure that we minimise out-of-stock situations and will take all reasonable measures to make your purchased product available at the advertised price or inform you of an equivalent product option.
  9. Card acquiring and security
    Card transactions will be acquired for Cascade Holdings Pty Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Users go to https://www.peachpayments.com/ to view their security certificate and security policy.
  10. Product Imagery
    Please note that the images are offered for merchandising purposes and therefore there may arise slight variation between the pack shot and the product ordered and fulfilled. Unless directly specified the precise year of the products manufacturing may differ from that shown in the merchandise image on the website.
  11. Returns & Exchanges
    The provision of goods and services by Liquor.co.za is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Liquor.co.za will refund the client in full within 30 days or replace it with the same product should it be in different packaging. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
  12. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  13. Responsibility
    Liquor.co.za takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
  14. Country of domicile
