FAQs

Black November,
explained

When does each drop unlock?

Drops unlock every Monday at 00:01: Drop 01 on 2 Nov, Drop 02 on 9 Nov, Drop 03 on 16 Nov, and the Black Friday → Cyber Monday drop on Fri 27 Nov.

Is it free to join?

Yes. Joining the VIP list is free and takes 30 seconds. You must be 18 or older, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

When will my order be delivered?

Same-day delivery is available in major metros, and delivery is free on orders over R1 500. Delivery may take a little longer during the Black November peak.

Can I still buy a drop once the next one unlocks?

Each drop runs for its week only, while stock lasts. When the next vault unlocks, the previous drop ends, but selected best-sellers come back for the Black Friday → Cyber Monday weekend.
