Babylonstoren Sprankel Cap Classique 750ml

Babylonstoren's flagship Cap Classique is made in the traditional method over four long years. It was awarded 5 stars and crowned as Platter's best Cap Classique for 2024. As various altitudes create different microclimates, our winemakers carefully select grapes from different vineyards on the farm. Made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, expect a vibrant, fruity and crisp Cap Classique with a fine mousse. It will maintain freshness and a refined finish for years to come.
