Trade Winds Sauvignon Blanc 2021

The Trade Winds Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is a harmonious blend of grapes from low-yielding old Sauvignon Blanc vines planted on cool, elevated mountain slopes in Stellenbosch (for richer tropical notes and softer acidity) and cool-climate Elgin grapes (for greener herbaceous characters and minerality). This beautifully balanced Sauvignon Blanc is generous in style, with a full nose layered with citrus, pineapple, and peach. The palate is complex, combining the character of fresh-cut grass and green herbs with ripe tropical fruit notes of peach and apricot alongside an enjoyable level of minerality. The wine is fresh with soft acidity, a good mouthfeel and a round lingering finish.
