Franschhoek Cellar is owned by DGB Pty (Ltd) and takes its name from the Franschhoek Valley in the Western Cape, South Africa. The range covers Cap Classique, white, rosé and red wine. The wines are made to capture the character of the soils of the Franschhoek Valley.

Franschhoek Cellar's wines are made to capture the character of the soils of the Franschhoek Valley. The Brut Rosé is a Pinot Noir-led Cap Classique made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, Wine of Origin Western Cape. The Last Elephant is blended each year from the winery's best batches, Merlot 52%, Cabernet Sauvignon 29%, Cabernet Franc 10% and Petit Verdot 9%, Wine of Origin Stellenbosch, and is named for the elephants that once roamed the mountains of the Winelands.
