The story of Zevenwacht

Zevenwacht is a South African wine estate at Stellenbosch in the Western Cape. It took its present name in 1978, when the farms Langverwacht and Zevenfontein were reunited under it. It is owned by the Johnson family, and the cellar is in the hands of cellarmaster Hagen Viljoen, who works with both traditional winemaking methods and modern cellar technology.
